self care coaching at work

To feel happier? More capable and productive? Less likely to need time off for sickness? Better able to return after leave?

Better able to connect with their resourcefulness even during times of change? Able to handle feelings of Imposter Syndrome when new to a role or to the organisation?

I’ve been facilitating workshops for many years, sharing my holistic approach to self-care with people working for a range of organisations from schools and investment banks to small and medium businesses, professional bodies and charities.

These workshops are bespoke (tailored specifically for your group) and include my full self-care for your mind, body, heart and soul approach.

Each includes some psychoeducation (for example, around the physiological impact of stress or ways to use the mind body connection to genuinely feel more confident and capable), mindfulness (click HERE) tools, bodywork they can do for themselves, from gentle yoga (click HERE) and breath work to working with posture, and some coaching (click HERE).

Depending on the theme, they also include tools from EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique – click HERE), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming – click HERE), psychosynthesis (click HERE), meditation (click HERE) and, if wanted, crystals (click HERE).

Topics include:

  • Self-care for Stress

  • Self-care for Anxiety

  • Self-care for Sleep

  • Self-care for Confidence

  • Self-care for Resilience

  • Self-care for Handling Change

  • Self-care for Energy Management

  • Self-care for Better Communication

  • Self-care for and

  • Self-care for Better Balance

If you don’t see what you’re hoping for on this list, let me know as I can probably help with that, too. Anything self-care related from an embodied, holistic perspective.

These Self Care Coaching at Work workshops last from 90 minutes to a full day depending on what you need.

I can also work with individuals if that’s more appropriate.
