The Feel Better Every Day Podcast

The humans behind the expertise share their ideal and their ACTUAL daily self and Self care

I LOVE my work. Absolutely adore it. The writing, the client work, my supervisees, the Embodied Wellbeing community online membership, speaking gigs… I feel so fortunate to do what I love for a living and to be able to help so many people in different ways. Most of all, I feel so fortunate to have come so far in my OWN trauma recovery

The Feel Better Every Day Podcast is a way to share expertise from a wide range of delightful professionals in a way that will hopefully inspire YOU to do SOMETHING, however small, to enhance your own mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.

While people know they wouldn’t take one multivitamin or go to the gym just once expecting transformation, self care and Self care tools can feel overwhelming. There are So Many Things we could be doing. I wrote about 366 of them for the book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing

These self care professionals (including neuroscientists, counsellors, psychotherapists, doctors, yoga teachers, coaches, health writers and authors, personal trainers, herbalists, dance teachers and more) are used to encouraging their clients and patients to take better care of themselves.

On The Feel Better Every Day Podcast, they share their own ideal daily self and Self care practices and then (because we’re all human) the practices they actually do themselves. The self care essentials.

I hope you’ll enjoy listening as much as I’ve enjoyed working on it. Please rate, review, comment, like, share, subscribe etc etc. And you can LISTEN TO ME AS A GUEST ON OTHER PODCASTS HERE

My guest for episode 11 preferred to not be on YouTube but you can listen to Jini Reddy above

The whole series is dedicated to my late uncle and godfather, Tony Menezes who died in 2023. I launched it on Winter Solstice 2023 in his memory as that would have been his birthday.
