CASE STUDY: EMMA MCINTYRE-MAJOR ~ ONLINE TRAUMA THERAPY
While being motivated to take better care of themselves is a pre-requisite of our work together, it’s especially lovely when clients REALLY put the work in between sessions. Because I work somatically (with the body) and with energy as well as talk therapy, it CAN be a short cut. After all, I’m only there for one hour a week (for weekly clients), the rest is up to them.
Emma was a dream to work with because she integrated the mind body practices I was teaching her into her daily life. Here’s what she said after five months of working together online (initially weekly then fortnightly):
What was your life like before we began working together? A mess!
