All of my work is focused around self care for your mind, body, heart and soul.

Mindfulness (awareness of the present moment) and regulation (psychoeducation and practices to help you use what doesn’t feel good to improve things and potentially transform your life and work) are key components. 

I hope my writing, audios and videos will give you ideas and help you reconnect with things you already know work for you. You can become your own self care coach.
