*that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most miraculous part of yourself
As well as offering free access to several self care strategies (you’re welcome to sign up for as many as appeal), this page will help you navigate through some of the ways in which you can use this site and my services to support yourself by becoming your OWN self care coach.
It doesn’t mean you can’t also work with me but I hope you’ll find these resources beneficial, too.
All of my work is focused around helping you take better care of your Self ~ working with the mind, body, heart and soul.
Mindfulness (awareness of the present moment) and regulation (psychoeducation and practices to help you use what doesn’t feel good to improve things and potentially transform your life and work) are key components.
I hope my writing, audios and videos will give you ideas and help you reconnect with things you already know work for you.
