As we continue our journey with the Solar Plexus and our sense of personal power, we’re working with social justice and members of the Embodied Wellbeing community are going deeper with a range of mind body practices including self paced self care recordings of an introduction to the theme, unique yoga nidra (with emphasis on a more global sankalpa – positive intention or resolve), EFT Tap Along and a confession from my own yoga mat (before and after an injury limited practice to remind you that it’s always better to do something (gently, with patience and compassion for yourself and your circumstances) than nothing.

We’re living in unprecedented times where we have access to SO much information about what’s going on in far off places and yet it’s too easy to feel helpless and hopeless.

Sending Metta (Loving Kindness) can help too.

Joining existing groups or setting up your own can also be a wonderful way of using your compassion to not only be of service but to help yourself feel less helpless and hopeless.

It can give us a bigger ‘why’ in terms of motivation and you might surprise yourself with what you manage to do on others’ behalf.
