Do some gravity checking. You humans laugh at us knocking things off tables and all but we felines think you’d find it fun if you gave it a shot. And so far, each time we’ve checked, the gravity’s still been working. You’re welcome.

Sleep.

Walk.

Run.

Jump.

Twist.

Turn.

Roll.

Climb.

Eat.

Drink.

Keep asking yourself. What can I do, right now, that’ll feel as good as it’s possible to feel?

Will doing it help me feel even better LATER on?

In other words, keep asking yourself, ‘What would I do if I were a cat?’

You’ll rarely go wrong.
