What might you do less of today

Sometimes, self care means acknowledging that we need to stop. Rest. Recharge.

In an ideal world, we’d take better care of ourselves, building in appropriate breaks, having strong and healthy immune systems and so on.

We’d be able to watch the bugs pass by without succumbing.

In reality, we sometimes run out of steam.

We might simply lack energy or catch whatever’s going around.

If you’re not feeling 100% today, what might you take off your plate?

What might you postpone, delegate or even cancel?

Is an early night or even nap possible?

What does self care mean to you when you’re running on empty?

You’ll find lots of be your own self care coach resources throughout the site and can, of course, get in touch if my approach appeals and you’d like to work with me.

And if you’d like to learn side effect free ways to sleep better and feel more energised when you want to, there are still a few spaces available on my 2 Night Sleep Retreat next week at Westport Country Lodge Hotel.

With love,

Eve Menezes Cunningham self care coach therapist supervisor
