For today’s Monday Motivation blog post, am feeling especially motivated to sort indoor sessions.
I adore online self care coaching, therapy, supervision and so on and while it made my move possible and I plan to continue with much of my practice staying online, I’ve been really enjoying the outdoor therapy and supervision, making the most of the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way, here in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland.
But on days like today, with Storm Brendan battering the countryside and coast, while I’ve been really fortunate with the internet connection that’s essential for all my work, it’s a concern.
And outdoor counselling or supervision wouldn’t be sensible in such weather.
So while I’ve been thinking about creating a permanent space for indoor self care coaching, therapy, supervision, yoga therapy, NLP, EFT and crystal coaching for a while, am delighted to confirm that it will be available from next month.
It will be wonderful to use some of the creative counselling tools (mostly from my psychosynthesis background but with other influences, too) that aren’t practical to carry around.
