Sleep issues have been one of my specialisms for many years (and of personal interest as I was an insomniac from early childhood until my 20s) and I’m delighted to be running a 2 Night Steep Retreat at Westport Country Lodge Hotel which draws on my holistic, integrative approach in a few weeks.
