Wellbeing Wednesday: Feeling Uncertain? Hope These Self Care Tools Will Help You


Another distracting day in the UK with the news… so today’s video shares some tools (and a mini Brexit rant that doesn’t last for more than a minute or so but which I’d intended to not include – will eventually learn to edit these videos) to help navigate life’s uncertainties, both personal and political.

As well as encouraging you to tune into your body’s wisdom and notice what springs to mind when regulating for greater resourcefulness, there’s an EFT process around navigating uncertainty.
