This week, I’m sharing another simple breath practice to help if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Some other things I talk about in today’s video are ways to simply check in with yourself any time you feel overwhelmed and to ask yourself what you need right now. What is the most supportive thing you can do for yourself right now? How can you put better supports in place for yourself today and right up through the busy festive season?
