Have you been feeling stuck? Like it’s harder than usual to get moving? A neighbour has had bathroom issues and last night, we were watching someone who knew what he was doing examine the drains. Turns out, almost every drain in the development was blocked (one was overflowing – I am so tempted to share the pics but while I found it fascinating, I think most would simply find it disgusting) so we had some drainage experts come out to fix it.

Just knowing about the blockages helped me make sense of some of the stagnant energy I’ve been feeling the past week or so. I’ve not been massively impacted by it which has meant less charge and more curiosity.

When I did my crystal therapy training (2000-2004), one of the tutors compared energy work to plumbing. Simply helping to release energy blocks so it can flow cleanly and easily.

The online counselling and online coaching could be comparable in terms of emotional blocks and limiting beliefs etc.

So, stinkiness aside, I was fascinated watching it all clear. Again, I’m resisting the impulse to share a video of the drains. Instead, you can find out more about a really gentle way to clear energetic and emotional blocks with EFT HERE.

And you can follow the steps in the video below.

Working with crystals (and cleansing, cleansing, cleansing them) is another way to release blocks. You can find out more and access a video demo HERE.

Sometimes, it feels harder to clear our blocks and when we’re able to notice this and stay with the sensations and journal and learn from whatever is going on, we can transform and blossom. The lotus is often used in yoga and meditation imagery in part because of its roots growing strong in dank mud. Yet this nourishes it and allows true beauty to blossom.

Yoga poses like Tree help us metaphorically and energetically ground to get our balance and reach even higher from that grounded, balanced base.

The video below can help you below if this appeals.

Just listening to what our body is telling us is a great way to get unstuck. Sometimes, maybe some yoga, other times a run or a swim. Even a walk. Or maybe dancing around your living room. Any kind of movement can help.

Even opening the windows when there’s a breeze can unblock stagnant energy throughout the home.

My book (click HERE) is filled with ideas to help, too.

When you think about your life so far, can you remember times where you felt incredibly stuck only to make a giant leap forward when the time was right?

What helped you through this time?

What daily tools help you move through some of life’s blocks?

I’d love to hear what helps you and how you find the tips above.

Big love,
