Wellbeing Wednesday: Sea serenity

There’s something so calming, cleansing, soul soothing and even healing about swimming in a choppy sea. I’m very careful (barely going out of my depth in such waters) but how wonderful to have emotional turmoil transformed into ease, peace and a bone deep sense of wellbeing.

I recorded this week’s video right after my sea swim in hopes of bringing some of that choppy, cleansing sea energy to your life if you happen to have any stresses, worries, anxieties, resentments or anything else you’re ready to imagine being washed away by the sea.

You can do it anytime you choose. Simply sit and close your eyes (if that feels good) and imagine the ocean waves helping you to let go of any energies you no longer need, taking them all for recycling for the benefit of the planet.
